If you have any dissatisfaction with the product, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. All returns must be previously authorizes by VanaDoors.com in writing. Customer understands that there is 25% restocking charge of the invoices price for door slabs orders. Customer who wished to return non damaged item must pay return shipping fees. Customer also understands that he will get charged 50% restocking fee for any pre-hung door or special order(unless item is marked non-refundable). All returns must be in merchantable condition, in the same packaging and/or wrapped condition. If product comes in damaged condition, VanaDoors.com holds the authority not to refund the money or partially compensate the buyer.
